1. What kind of products do you sell on Bagruwear?
We specialize in premium women’s ethnic wear, including Exclusive Cotton Kurti Sets, Kurtas, Dupattas, and traditional outfits with handwork and lace detailing. All our products are crafted with love and designed to reflect timeless Indian fashion.

3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
UPI & Wallets (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available in selected areas
4. How long will it take to deliver my order?
We usually dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours.
Estimated delivery time:
Metro cities: 3–5 working days
Other cities/towns: 5–7 working days
Remote areas: 7–10 working days
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can also visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order number or tracking ID.
6. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We’re sorry! If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo. We’ll make it right — either through replacement or refund.
7. Are the colors of the products exactly the same as in the pictures?
We try our best to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, slight color variations may occur due to lighting, fabric texture, and device screen settings.
8. How do I choose the right size?
Each product page has a detailed Size Chart. Please refer to it before placing your order. If you still have doubts, feel free to reach out on WhatsApp or email for size guidance.
9. Do you offer custom stitching or size alterations?
Currently, we offer ready-made standard sizes only. However, we are working on bringing customization services soon.
10. Is COD available on all orders?
COD (Cash on Delivery) is available on select products and pin codes. A small COD charge may apply. If unavailable in your area, you will be notified at checkout.
